TallyUP's core economic model is powered by a unique and innovative economic engine that distributes small fractions of ad revenue to players while consistently generating more revenue than is paid out to players. All aspects of this economic engine are heavily and continuously optimized and a US patent has been granted on key elements.
Once players are staked, the value in their accounts is passed back and forth amongst one another via various modes of competitive gameplay. This creates significant ongoing activity and player engagement that can be monetized without the need for additional re-staking of players. This is flow of financial value between players where the system makes its revenue.
This underlying economic engine is what enables TallyUP's tournament economy to generate net positive revenue beyond what is given away to players and drive net positive revenue is directed back into the TallyUP economy to further grow the tournament economy and the tournament protocol.
Every cent that is injected into the economy will circulate and generate revenue for the platform before it is allowed to be redeemed. The more money and activity circulating within TallyUP's economy, the larger the revenue grows and in turn the larger the tournaments and prizes get for players. This, in turn, attracts more players into the tournament creating a flywheel effect.
In time, TallyUP's monetization capabilities will continue to be enhanced as new revenue streams are added and existing revenues are improved. This includes forms of in-app purchase, hosted tournament platform and protocol fees, lead generation for crypto exchanges, in-app swap fees, real money gaming, programmatic advertising optimizations, direct ad sales and proprietary ad formats, new shopping and commerce experiences and more.
All of which will enable the tournament to grow further.
Economic System Objectives:
Grow the player pool
Increase retention and session time by creating more fun + engaging gaming experiences for players to compete in (= greater gameplay volume + frequency of transactions between players), including:
Introducing many more / new gameplay experiences
Enabling third play developers to develop game experiences
Optimize existing revenue streams through scale e.g. Direct Ad sales
Launch and grow new revenue streams e.g. In-App purchases and more
TallyUP's unique economic design represents a new type of Play-to-Earn game paradigm, whereby anyone may play, compete and win real prize money without needing to first invest in anything. This model drastically improves upon the existing and problematic P2E paradigm established by the first generation of P2E games, whereby players are required to speculatively invest in order to play, and navigate complicated Web3 setup UX.
In TallyUP, players are not required to risk their own money or set up a complex Web3 wallet. Players clearly understand where their prize money comes from and why and how they are able to win. It is also clear where and how the system itself can make money and why it is able to operate in fully transparency.
